The Garden Room

Suitable for corporate events in the evenings or children’s parties over the weekend. The room is equipped with fold-up tables and stackable chairs which allows for flexible seating arrangements. It has Wi-Fi and a 50inch smart flat screen TV with HDMI cable to connect to laptops. From the Garden Room you have access to the kitchen and our fully enclosed garden with large seating and BBQ area. All fully accessible by wheelchair.

The Garden:

Our fully enclosed and beautifully maintained garden has a large seating and BBQ area (BBQ not provided). It is accessed via Garden Room and via a separate large metal gate. Perfect for children parties and small bouncy castles. Fully accessible by wheelchair.

The Kitchen:

Fitted out with microwave, kettle, tea urn, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and crockery and cutlery is available. No cooker. It is accessed via the Garden Room.

 

Facilities:

Our ‘Changing Places’ toilet is fully accessible to disabled and wheelchair users and is one of the few ‘Changing Places’ toilets in the borough. Further toilets are available on the first floor.

 

Video Entry System:

There is a secure entry to the building via a video intercom operated from the Garden Room which allows you to view and manage entry of guests.

We are 5 minutes walk from Dollis Hill Station on the Jubilee Line and a minute walk from Willesden Bus Garage. Buses: 6, 52, 98, 226, 266, 297, 302, 260, 460.

Costs:  

  • Cost for room hire is £22.00 per hour.
  • Out of hours lets [after 5pm and at weekends] may incur a £15 per hour caretaker fee for 1 off events.
  • £100 returnable cleaning deposit will be required for parties.

Terms and conditions:

  • Hours 9.00am to 8.00pm Monday-Sunday.
  • All fees are payable in advance.
  • There is a maximum of 30 people allowed including children.
  • Unlicensed – no selling of alcohol permitted.
  • Your hire period includes your time to set up your party and to clean up afterwards, and we ask they you leave the space as you have found it.
